  1. Unite all Filipino Medical Technologists for their common welfare and interests, and to have a greater influence in the future direction of our profession.
  2. To promote continuing education for Filipino Medical Technologists in order to enhance professional growth and development.
  3. To actively participate in community activities that will enhance the positive image of Philippine Medical Technologists within the health care community and the public in general.
  4. To recognize members who are outstanding in their field of endeavor.
